Which app does it use now?
It currently pairs with QWatch Pro. Ormes’s own app is in development and has no announced launch date yet. The band costs €90 in a single payment.
How can it help with my habits?
You can check activity, heart rate and sleep and use the recommendations available in QWatch Pro. The band doesn’t replace a nutrition plan or guarantee any particular weight loss.
Do I need to wear it all day?
You can also wear it to sleep and check your sleep record. The supplier’s spec sheet states IP68 resistance; avoid hot water, soap and high-pressure water activities.
Does it work with my phone?
It works with QWatch Pro, free on the App Store (iPhone with iOS 13 or later) and on Google Play. If you like, look it up in your app store before you buy.
When will it arrive and how much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free to addresses in Spain. We prepare orders here and delivery will take no more than 30 calendar days from purchase, unless we agree a different timeframe with you.
What if I’m not convinced?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return without giving a reason. Write to admin@ormestech.com with your order number. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping; if there’s a defect or mistake, we cover it.
