Juris Technology
Juris has extensive integration with workflow systems, databases, computer
telephony, knowledgebases, and other data sources.
At the same time, Juris is easy to customize and integrate because it
provides a graphical user interface where you can define the relationships
in your data using the concepts of domains, subdomains and
workareas.
Domains are specific workflows or groups of related tasks that should
be done in one screen.
Subdomains are sections of a domain. This allows us to break up a large
domain into multiple user-specific tasks if necessary.
Workareas are groups of related data tables. We allow you to build data
relationships directly within the Juris designer. In the diagram below,
you can see the workarea configuration with multiple tables showing the
relationships between customer, the card facilities, and statements.
Juris promotes developer productivity because a large part of the configuration
is done through user interface screens with minimal programming.
The Juris system also provides a workflow designer where you can define
messages, alerts, notifications and design in a flow chart, as shown below:
